Alfalfa is a sweet male Shepherd Mix who is about 1 year old. He was rescued from a severe hoarding situation and is incredibly grateful for his second chance. Alfalfa can be shy at first, but with a little patience, he blossoms into a steady, grateful, and loving companion. He's a bit of a loner and would be content with or without another dog or cat. Once he trusts you, he's a quiet and devoted friend, though he expresses his affection on his own terms. Alfalfa has been through a lot and is looking for a patient, laid-back, and quiet family to call his own.
