Carl

Carl is an approximately 9.5-year-old, 65 lb male Boxer mix who was rescued after being abandoned on the streets of OKC. He was understandably confused about how he ended up in boarding, but he's made wonderful progress! Carl has started playing with the techs and loves to run around in the clinic yard. He's a loyal companion looking for his retirement home where he can be a cherished part of the family and included in activities.

Ideal Home

Carl would do best as an only dog or with a submissive dog, and he seems to do best with larger females. He is not a good fit for homes with children under 12 or cats. He does not like crates but will tolerate them.

Ongoing Health

Carl is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Carl is good on a leash and would love a home where he can go for walks with you. While we don't know for sure if he is house-trained, he does keep a clean kennel in boarding.
