PRINCESS (Bleeding Heart Society)

Princess is a radiant 4-year-old, approximately 55-60 lb girl who truly shines her light, regardless of her past. She was likely used for backyard breeding or discarded as a street dog, found wandering the grounds of an elementary school, which led to Animal Control being called due to fears of a pitbull loose around children. Despite a less-than-desirable life, she continues to radiate sunshine and is a lovey-dovey soul who will warm both your heart and soul.

Ideal Home

Princess would thrive in a home where she is made to feel special and cherished. She needs a person willing to gently guide her as she transitions into her forever home.

Training & Support

Princess is crate-trained and keeps her kennel clean, indicating she would likely learn to be house-trained quickly with consistent structure. She knows commands like SIT, STAY, and DOWN, is smart and aware, and can read her person. She has no storm or separation anxiety and no behavioral issues. She walks well on a leash and is well-mannered in the car. While she has a normal prey drive and a good food drive, she is not a big barker. The one area for improvement is her house-training habits, as noted with her "poop" comment.
