Corrine is a friendly, affectionate, and happy little girl with the sweetest personality. Like any puppy, she has bursts of playful energy but overall she's surprisingly calm and easygoing. She loves being close to her people and will happily curl up next to a person or another dog when it's time to nap. She's incredibly affectionate, so her ideal family will welcome a true snuggle bug who wants to be on the couch, in bed, and included in everyday life. She doesn't just enjoy human companionship—she thrives on it. Corrine has been fostered with 12 and 16-year-old children, along with several other dogs, and she's done wonderfully with everyone. She's accustomed to kids coming and going—she loves their attention. She reads other dogs' social cues well and enjoys having canine companions. Like all puppies, Corrine is also in the teething stage, which means she explores the world with her mouth. She occasionally nips during play, but she's easily redirected to appropriate chew toys and bones. Corrine loves bringing her toys to her dog bed and exploring the yard with her nose to the ground. She has an impressive sense of smell and has even started pointing at birds, which is adorable to watch! She's making great progress with potty training. When she's taken outside regularly, she goes right away. Like any puppy, she'll continue to need consistency, patience, and a predictable routine as she learns. She's also mastering stairs and is most confident on carpeted ones. At night, Corrine sleeps in her foster family's bed. She typically wakes once for a potty break, then settles right back to sleep. If you're lucky, you'll even get to hear her tiny, adorable snore. Corrine is an incredibly special little girl who will reward her family with endless love and companionship.
