Solstice

Solstice is a sweet but shy girl who is ready to find her forever home after a difficult start in life. She recently gave birth to eight puppies and is recovering from heartworm treatment. Solstice is eager to make friends with people and most dogs, but she gets nervous around cats. With a gentle hand and patience, Solstice will blossom into the amazing dog she is meant to be. She would do best in a calm home with a consistent routine, but she enjoys playful moments once she feels comfortable. Solstice also likes car rides, though she can be a bit nervous at first!

Solstice would thrive in a home that offers a gentle and patient environment. We are looking for a home without cats, as they make her very nervous.

Solstice is shy with new people and may need time to warm up. She will benefit from a patient owner who can help her gain confidence.
