Maddox is a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois mix with a heart full of love to give. She recently experienced a difficult change in her life when her family went through a divorce, and she and her sister, Mel, lost their home. While Mel has found her forever family, Maddox is still waiting for her special person. She's a wonderfully sweet and nearly perfect pup who gets along famously with dogs, cats, and children. Maddox currently lives with other dogs, a kitty, and two young children, and she cherishes her role as a calm and affectionate companion. She enjoys a good game of fetch but is equally content to relax and chill with her foster family. Maddox is house-trained and crate-trained, and her quiet nature makes her a wonderful companion rather than a high-drive working dog. She weighs 60 lbs and is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative, and is kept on ProHeart 12. Maddox loves to sunbathe and snuggle, and after her recent upheaval, she's looking for a home where she can receive abundant love and affection.

Maddox would thrive in a home where she can continue to feel secure and receive plenty of love and affection. A fully fenced yard is a must for Maddox's safety and well-being. We do not accept electric or underground fences.

Training & Support
Maddox is house-trained and crate-trained. She is described as being better suited as a companion than a high-drive working dog, and she enjoys her quiet space.
