Cholula

Cholula is a sweet and gentle female puppy, born on January 14th, 2026. She's a curious, playful, and intelligent girl who was born into a loving foster home after her pregnant mom was rescued from an accident. Cholula is expected to be a medium-sized dog and, while a little shy at first, blossoms into a deeply loving, loyal, and affectionate companion once she feels safe. She enjoys following her people, cuddling nearby, playing with her siblings, and receiving belly rubs. New experiences can make her a bit nervous, but with patience and positive reinforcement, she gains confidence quickly and shows her wonderful personality.

Ideal Home

Cholula would thrive in a home with people who have dog experience. She’d love a calm and peaceful environment with space to explore and play. Friendly and respectful canine companions are welcome, but she should be in a home without cats or young children. She is potty-trained with access to a yard.

Ongoing Health

Cholula has been vaccinated, dewormed, and spayed.

Training & Support

Cholula is currently undergoing leash training. As with any puppy, she is learning about the world, and positive reinforcement will help her continue to gain confidence in new situations.

• If your application is approved, our adoption coordinator will collaborate with flight companions (flight angels) flying from Puerto Vallarta.

Transportation

Cholula is located near Bucerias, Mexico. Transport to the US and Canada is available via flight angels. During summer months, if a Canadian flight angel isn't available, she may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
