Don't let the name fool you; Squeaks has a big heart and is ready to find a family to call his own! This sweet 2-year-old, 63.4lb Pit Mix has been showing us what a wonderful companion he can be. He walks very nicely on a leash and is the kind of dog who likes to stay connected with his person. During walks, he would often look back to check in and make sure his handler was still with him, even when they were only a few feet behind. It's a small gesture that shows just how attentive and people-oriented he is. Squeaks has also done well with other dogs and seems to enjoy canine companionship. He has shown no food issues while eating in his kennel and continues to impress us with his gentle nature. We're still getting to know Squeaks, but one thing is already clear: he is a very sweet dog with lots of potential to be an amazing family companion.
