Hula Hoop

Meet Hula Hoop! This sweet girl came to us from a hoarding situation where she was sadly neglected and overweight. She was once nearly 28 lbs, earning her the name Hula Hoop, but thanks to a dedicated weight loss journey, she's now a healthy 12.8 lbs and no longer resembles her namesake! Her bloodwork is perfect, and we believe she's a Miniature Pinscher mix around 9 years old. Hula is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and completely potty trained – she's all set for her new life and a new name!

Ideal Home

Hula is looking for a patient adopter who can help her continue to blossom. She can be a bit slow to warm up, but once she bonds with you, her entire body wiggles with joy! She seems to prefer female humans and would do best in a home with a fenced yard, as her forearms/wrists were damaged from past neglect, meaning long leashed walks aren't ideal for her. She gets along well with other dogs but would prefer a home without cats.

Hula's bloodwork is currently perfectly healthy. She is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hula is fully potty trained. While she's eager for love, patience will be key as she learns to trust and connect with her new family.
