Duncan

Meet Duncan, a charming and sweet approximately one-year-old boy who weighs around 19 lbs. He's a delightful mix with a lot of Chihuahua, and he absolutely adores playtime, especially with his squeaky toys. Duncan thrives on petting and attention, and he's a quiet, well-behaved companion who seems to be pretty good with house training and walks well on a leash, though he could benefit from a bit more training.

Ideal Home

Duncan would thrive in a home without children under the age of 8.

Ongoing Health

Duncan tested positive for heartworms upon rescue and has completed treatment according to The American Heartworm Society protocols. It's typical for dogs to test negative within 4 to 6 months post-treatment.

Training & Support

Duncan is generally well-behaved and pretty well house-trained, and he does well on a leash. He could benefit from some additional leash training to help him reach his full potential.
