Otis is a resilient young male hound mix who found himself in a tough spot after being abandoned on a country road. Thankfully, his resourcefulness in finding food didn't define him as a "bad dog," but rather as another soul let down by human circumstances. Otis is a well-socialized boy who has shown he's fantastic with other dogs, children, and even large livestock. He's also a great travel companion and rides well in the car!
