Lillie is a sweet senior Rottweiler who was found scavenging for food in a Phoenix neighborhood. She had been on her own for about six months when a kind person intervened and took her to the Arizona Humane Society. Unfortunately, Lillie had a ruptured breast tumor and the Arizona Humane Society decided euthanasia was the best option. They contacted the person who found her, giving them only 24 hours to retrieve her. Thankfully, they reached out to us for help, and we were able to bring Lillie to our vet for emergency surgery to remove the tumor. She is now recovering in a foster home, and we anticipate she will stay with us for the remainder of her days. However, we wanted to share her story in case there's someone with a truly enormous heart looking to give this wonderful girl a loving forever home. Lillie is estimated to be about 10 years old. We are waiving her adoption fee and instead ask for a donation to our rescue in any amount you feel is fair. Lillie is crate-trained, potty-trained, and is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. She truly appreciates every bit of kindness shown to her and is soaking up the chance to live in a warm home where she is finally receiving proper care.

Lillie recently underwent surgery to remove a large tumor from her breast. She is currently recovering and all necessary medical care has been addressed.

- You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire to help us get to know you better and ensure a good match.
- After reviewing your answers, we may suggest a different Rottweiler if Lillie isn't the best fit.
- We will arrange a meeting at the dog's foster home, where they feel most comfortable.
- A home check will be required to ensure the safety and suitability of the environment.
- An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption.
- We request a rehoming fee of $350 for seniors (6 years and older).
- All our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. They are heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and leash.
- Any pre-existing injuries or illnesses will be disclosed prior to adoption.
Transporation
Lillie is currently located in Phoenix, AZ. We generally do not adopt our dogs to individuals in different states, but we may consider applicants from Las Vegas, NV, on a case-by-case basis if it's a perfect match for both the adopter and the dog.
