Scout (Dallas)

Scout is a stunning chocolate male Yorkshire Terrier, about 11 years old and weighing a mere 6 to 7 pounds. He's a laid-back fellow who adores his dog bed and has a special knack for getting along with other dogs. Scout appears to be potty trained and would absolutely thrive with another canine companion in his forever home. Due to being toothless, he enjoys soft food, and he's currently on liver and kidney supplements along with a special prescription diet. When he came to us, Scout was bravely battling cancerous tumors, which have since been removed.

Ideal Home

Scout needs a home that can provide him with the companionship of another dog. He should not be placed in a home with small children or big dogs. A home with a swimming pool is only suitable if it is completely enclosed and surrounded by permanent fencing. Due to his small size, a doggy door is not recommended.

Ongoing Health

Scout is on liver and kidney supplements and a prescription diet. He enjoys soft food due to being toothless.

Training & Support

Scout appears to be potty trained. He thrives around other dogs and requires another dog in his forever home for companionship.
