BOSCO- Needs a foster/forever home!

Bosco is a McNab/Shepherd mix, born around July 13, 2022. He was rescued with his mom and siblings from a high-kill shelter. Bosco is a sharp, smart, and active boy who is gaining confidence daily. He enjoys walks and is great with other dogs and cats. It appears he may not have had extensive socialization when he was younger, so he would do best in a home with children 10 years old or older.

Ideal Home

Bosco needs a family willing to spend time with him and show him what being part of a family is all about. His forever home must have a totally enclosed, physically fenced yard where he can run, play, and hang out with his people.

Ongoing Health

Bosco is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Bosco is house and crate trained. Due to his past, he may need continued patience and positive reinforcement to help him fully blossom.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes.
• We do not do same-day adoptions.
• A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and to ensure our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s).
• We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home.
• You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs.
• No out-of-state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters.
• Bosco's adoption fee is $300.
• Bosco would love to be in a foster home while he is waiting to be adopted.

Bosco is located in Birmingham, MI. We do not offer transport.
