Giddy

Giddy is a sweet, shy girl who will blossom with a little patience and love. She's a bit overwhelmed by new environments and people, but once she trusts you, she's a cuddly companion. She enjoys quiet nights in and gentle play sessions. Giddy is looking for a calm and understanding home where she can feel safe and secure.

Ideal Home

A quiet home with patient adopters who understand that Giddy will need time to adjust. She would likely do best in a home without young children or a lot of comings and goings, as she can be easily startled.

Ongoing Health

Giddy is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is spayed, and has been tested negative for heartworm. She receives regular flea/tick and heartworm preventative, and is dewormed as needed. She is microchipped.

Training & Support

Giddy is still learning to build her confidence. She can be a bit timid in new situations and with new people. With consistent positive reinforcement and a predictable routine, she will learn to trust and thrive.

• A home visit and vet reference are required.
• If you rent, a copy of your lease stating pets are allowed will be needed.
• If you've had a pet in the last two years, please provide your previous vet information.
• If you haven't owned a pet in over two years, a personal reference who can attest to your ability to care for a pet will be accepted.

Transporation

Giddy is located at our rescue center at 34 County Road 2266, Brundidge, AL 36010. We are not open to the public without an appointment. Transportation may be available depending on your location and our volunteer availability. Please inquire about this when you apply.
