Lyra (AL)

At 18 months old, Lyra is an absolutely precious 60 lb Bloodhound who is looking for her forever home in Mobile. She was surrendered with her three puppies, and now it's her turn to be pampered! Lyra is pure sweetness and gets along famously with cats, children, and dogs of all sizes. She's a calm and affectionate companion who loves to cuddle on the couch and believes she's a lap dog – be prepared for lots of kisses! Lyra enjoys leisurely strolls, taking her time to sniff every fascinating scent along the way. Her favorite pastime is playing with stuffed animals and finding that elusive squeaker. You'll often find her at the end of the day sleeping soundly, flat on her back with all four paws in the air, completely content.

Ideal Home

Lyra would love a home where she can snuggle up on the couch and go for slow, scent-filled walks. She is wonderful with cats, children, and dogs of all sizes.

Ongoing Health

Lyra is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lyra is housetrained and cratetrained. She loves to play with her canine friends and stuffed toys.
