Chucky

Meet Chucky, a 4-year-old, 77-pound Staffy mix with the squeezable cheeks and gentle soul of a much smaller dog! Chucky is a laid-back lover of life who believes his rightful place is right in your lap, convinced he’s still a tiny pup. His ideal day involves leisurely strolls, some fun with toys, or simply lounging with you. Chucky is incredibly loyal and thrives on the love and security a great family provides.

Ideal Home

Chucky would love a home with a yard for his sniffing adventures and would do best with older children (10 years and up) and families. He gets along well with smaller female dogs but is not a fan of larger male dogs. He can also get a bit jealous if he’s not the center of attention.

Training & Support

Chucky has mastered "sit" and "stay" and is working on his impulse control around small critters. He is crate trained but prefers a cozy corner with a baby gate. He is making great progress with a routine that keeps him feeling secure.
