Tigger Tiggy is the very definition of a soul dog! He's about 4 years old and weighs 68 lbs, believed to be a pittie mix. Tigger deeply loves his people and will greet you with a huge smile and wagging tail. He's incredibly loyal and will be your devoted, ride-or-die companion. Tigger is also a very smart boy, driven by his desire to make you happy, though he certainly won't say no to a treat! He's crate trained, potty trained, and walks beautifully on a leash, even slowing down when he senses any tension. His recall is fantastic, and he even does an adorable "happy paw" dance when he comes to you! Tigger has been great with children aged 6-12 and would make a wonderful family dog. He's also doing well with his feline housemate, Biggie, and is dog-friendly, taking a little time to warm up to new canine friends. He'd do best with a female dog who is a bit more confident to help him settle in. Tigger just wants to be by your side, whether you're on the couch, on a walk, or out on an adventure.
Ideal Home
Tigger would thrive in a home with a fenced-in backyard where he can explore, zoom, and soak up the sunshine. He could also do well in an apartment with a semi-active family and proper exercise.
Ongoing Health
Tigger is a rescue and while we cannot guarantee breed or age, he is a healthy boy ready for his forever home.
Training & Support
Tigger is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash. He has a solid recall and responds well to gentle corrections. He can be a little slow to warm up to new dogs, but with a little patience, he becomes their best friend.

Tigger is currently fostered in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup locations in WA, NY, or VT for Canadian adopters).
