Vada is a 5-year-old, 50 lb spayed female pittie mix with a beautiful grey and white coat and a magnetic personality. She's full of life, energy, and affection, making her the perfect companion for an active family. Vada loves to play and engage with everyone, bringing joy and constant tail wags wherever she goes. She's described as a social butterfly who enjoys interaction, whether it's with humans or other dogs. Vada is outgoing, curious, smart, silly, and incredibly affectionate, and she loves to be part of the action. She's also a "Velcro dog" at heart, eager to shower her people with love.
Ideal Home
Vada would thrive in an active and engaged home that can include her in everyday life. She would do best with a family that can continue reinforcing good habits and provide her with both physical activity and affection. Her ideal home matches her energy and enthusiasm. While she loves children of all ages, supervision and continued training around greetings are recommended due to her excitement, as she may jump up when greeting people.

Training & Support
Vada is house-trained and sleeps well in her crate. She is comfortable using her crate as her own space to relax and eat. She has shown no issues with food or resource guarding. While she walks beautifully on leash, she gets excited when she sees other dogs and is eager to say hello. Continued training on polite greetings will be beneficial as she can jump up when excited to meet new people.

Transportation
Vada is currently being fostered in Austin, Texas. Transport can be arranged for approved adopters, and this is included in the adoption donation.
