Apollo

Apollo is a handsome and friendly young male Lab mix who was found wandering the streets in 2021. He was undernourished at the time but quickly blossomed into a bright spot for everyone he met with his attentive and uplifting personality. Named after the mythical god of song and poetry, Apollo has a wonderful disposition and knows basic commands, suggesting he was once a beloved companion. He has proven to be excellent with other dogs and people of all ages, making him a great potential family pet.

Apollo would thrive in a home that can offer him continued love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Apollo is up-to-date on all vaccinations, de-wormings, and flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. He was previously treated for heartworms using the "Slow Kill" method, which resulted in negative test results in November 2023. He has been neutered.

Training & Support

Apollo has shown some house-training ability, but his adopter should be prepared to provide additional training to help him master these skills.
