Luna

Luna is a sweet and happy 5-year-old female German Shepherd mix with a mostly black coat and tan markings. She absolutely adores people and is also good with cats. Luna thrives on companionship and doesn't do well when left alone. She's a smart and silly girl who knows to sit for a treat! While she's eager to play, the other dogs in her current environment aren't as enthusiastic. Luna has plenty of energy and loves to play fetch with her toys. She finds comfort and security in her crate.

Ideal Home

Luna would do best in a home without children or other dogs due to resource guarding of her food and treats. An experienced owner, particularly with large breed dogs, would be ideal for Luna.

Ongoing Health

Luna is spayed and has begun heartworm treatment. This treatment is sponsored and must be completed by her new family.

Training & Support

Luna can resource guard her food and treats, so continued management and training in a home without children or other dogs is recommended. She is house-trained and knows to sit for a treat.
