Tyson

Tyson is a resilient survivor with a heart full of love to give. He endured a difficult past, facing neglect and abandonment, but his spirit remained unbroken. Now healthy and thriving, Tyson is ready to experience the joy of a loving home. He enjoys running freely, kind touches, and has learned to walk calmly on a leash, sit, and stay. He also plays well with other dogs, particularly females. Tyson is crate trained and doesn't show food aggression. He thrives in a structured and compassionate environment.

Ideal Home

Tyson would do best in an active home that can provide regular walks or runs, or a home with a large yard. He’s looking for a patient and loving family with older children or teenagers who can support his continued journey of trust and discovery.

Ongoing Health

Tyson has recovered from significant health challenges including skin conditions, eye issues, a weakened immune system, and heartworms. He is now healthy and continuing to heal.

Training & Support

Tyson is crate trained and has learned commands such as "sit" and "stay." He walks calmly on a leash with a head halter and plays appropriately with other dogs. He does not exhibit food aggression. Continued positive reinforcement and a structured environment will help him succeed.

Transporation

Tyson is currently being fostered by his trainer in Conroe, Texas. Out-of-state transport can be arranged.
