Thereon

Thereon is a charming black dog who has spent a large part of his life in the shelter. While his mother was adopted shortly after arrival, Thereon has been waiting for nearly a year for someone to pick him. At approximately 1.5 years old, he is a balanced, sweet, and faithful dog who gets incredibly excited every time he sees his caregivers, showing how much he yearns for human affection. He is an incredibly sweet, friendly, and very calm dog with a submissive and noble nature. Although he can be a bit shy at first, once he trusts you, he is the most affectionate dog. He adores people and is always looking for attention and love; you can see in his eyes how much he wants to belong to a family. He is an excellent alert companion. If he hears strange noises when no one is home, he will bark to warn you, but he is not a loud dog. He is very social with visitors once introduced.

Thereon would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of affection and attention.

Ongoing Health

Thereon is neutered/spayed, has received multiple vaccines (DHPPI) and rabies, has had internal and external deworming, and has an ISO identification microchip. His medical history record will be provided.

Training & Support

Thereon is a social dog once introduced, and while he barks to alert to noises, he is not a loud dog. He is eager for affection and belonging.
