Meet Sonny!

Sonny is a handsome brindle Mixed-Breed boy estimated to be around 4 years old and weighing 50 pounds. He's a friendly and lovable pup who truly enjoys spending time with his people and soaking up all the attention. He's quite treat-motivated and is always excited for a snack! Sonny already knows commands like "sit" and "give paw." He can get a little excited when meeting new friends and might jump up to show his affection, but he's working hard on his manners and learning as he goes! Through many public field trips, we've discovered that Sonny loves car rides, ice cream, and walks in the woods. He also walks nicely on a leash!

Ideal Home

Sonny would do best in a home with children ages 8 and older. He has the potential to live with another dog, and a meet and greet at the shelter with other dogs in the home is required to ensure it's a good match. Sonny may also live with cats with slow and proper introductions.

Ongoing Health

Sonny is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sonny can get a little excited and may jump up for affection, but he is working hard on his manners and learning as he goes. He is treat-motivated and already knows "sit" and "give paw."
