Roquefort

Roquefort is a happy-go-lucky pup who always wants to be in the middle of the action! He arrived at our shelter with his mom and seven siblings from Texas in April, and they were all a bit under the weather with flea infestations and anemia. Thankfully, they made a speedy recovery and are now healthy, happy, and ready to find their forever families! Roquefort loves to play and wrestle with his siblings, and he's always right there when it's time for training or cuddles.

Ideal Home

Roquefort would thrive in an active home where he can be your constant companion and continue to learn and grow. He's already shown himself to be a great pal to the dog and cat he's currently living with.

Ongoing Health

Roquefort is up-to-date on all age-appropriate core vaccines and has been neutered. He will need a heartworm test between 6-7 months of age, which will need to be done at your own vet.

Training & Support

Roquefort is a smart and confident boy who is eager to please! He has mastered "sit" and is quickly learning "come," "down," "lay," and "leave it." His foster mom says his favorite thing is belly rubs, and he loves being close to his people. As with all puppies, adopters should be prepared to continue working on housebreaking and other training using positive reinforcement methods.
