About Tango the Tiny dancer
If you're looking for a best friend with the absolute best smile and a sugary sweet affectionate soul, meet Tango the Tiny Dancer! This boy is the full package: loyal, playful, soooo loving, and a total goofball with the pittie head that'll make you fall in love at first sight! We believe Tango is a Boxer/Pittie mix around 1 year old and weighs approximately 45 pounds. He has a perfect, compact body and the most handsome face ever. Due to him being a rescue, his age and breed are our best guess and cannot be guaranteed. Check out Tango here: https://youtu.be/CS4K0UqmYSs
Tango has never met a stranger he doesn't like. He's the kind of dog who walks into a room and instantly makes everyone feel like they've been best friends for years. And if you've got treats? Well, buckle up, because you've just become the center of his universe. He was not shy giving everyone at the property his undivided attention for a quick round of kisses and happy tail wags. Treats are the way to this boy's heart, and he'll show his appreciation with his signature toothy grin and the happiest tail wag you've ever seen. His love for people runs deep. His foster says her favorite thing about him is how he'll climb into her lap and just gaze into her eyes like she's the most important person in the world. He is cuddly beyond belief and would absolutely thrive in a home where he can curl up next to you, soaking in all the love you have to give.
Ideal Home
Tango has lived harmoniously with a full dog squad, four pups in total, and he's been the life of the party. Whether it's his dominant older foster sister, his high-energy lab buddy, or two playful 1-year-old boys, he knows how to read the room and match energy. He plays respectfully, knows when to follow the rules, and can roughhouse with the best of them. He also attends a daycare where he mingles like a pro with a group of 20-30 dogs. He would thrive in a home with another medium-energy dog to spend his days with. At home, he is crate trained and sleeps through the night like a champ. He would do best in a home with a yard to run off his zoomies, and we can easily see him thriving with older, dog-savvy kids who'll love him as much as he loves them. Cats, however, are not his cup of tea.
Ongoing Health
All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has been heartworm tested.
Training & Support
After a bit of play, Tango knows how to settle down. He walks beautifully on leash and would be the kind of dog you take to the park, patio, or trail and know he'll be right by your side, smiling the whole way. He is crate trained.
