Zia came to us as a stray, abandoned by her previous owner, but despite her past, this gentle girl still has so much love to share! She can be a little nervous when meeting new people, especially men and children, but once she feels safe, her true personality shines through. Zia is a soft, kind-hearted soul who forms deep bonds with her people and will be a loyal companion to those willing to give her the time and patience she deserves. This lovely lady has a mellow, easygoing nature and is happiest when shes relaxing by your side or soaking up the sunshine out in the yard. Shes not one for chaos; Zia would much prefer a calm, peaceful home where she can truly settle in and feel secure. Zia has done well meeting other friendly dogs here at the shelter and may enjoy having a canine companion in her new home to keep her company!
