Jasper is a sweet and friendly 1-year-old boy who weighs 20 lbs. He absolutely loves to play with other dogs and would make a great companion for another playful canine friend. Little Jasper was previously owned by a woman experiencing homelessness, who relinquished him to Wags because she wanted him to have a better life with a loving family.
