About Sugar White Cuddly Cutie

If sweetness had a face, it would be Sugar. At around 6 months old, Sugar is believed to be a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever mix, though with rescue, breed guesses are always just that—a guess! One thing isn't a guess, though: this beautiful blonde girl has a heart of gold and is ready to spend her whole life loving her forever family. With her soft golden coat, the sweetest soulful eyes, and an adorable black button nose just begging for boops, Sugar is every bit as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. But it's her personality that truly steals the show. Sugar is the definition of a Velcro dog. She forms deep bonds with her people and wants nothing more than to be wherever you are. If you're relaxing on the couch, don't be surprised if she climbs right into your lap for a cuddle. She absolutely loves being close to her humans and is happiest when she's soaking up all the love and affection she can get. She's currently thriving in a loving foster home with several other dogs and absolutely adores having canine friends. Whether she's chasing them around the yard, wrestling during playtime, or sharing toys, Sugar is wonderfully dog-friendly and would love a home with another playful pup to grow up with. Of course, she'd also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only. Like any young puppy, Sugar is curious about the world and occasionally finds new things a little intimidating. But don't let that fool you—once she has a little time to settle in and realizes she's safe with her people, her confidence blossoms. She's a gentle, thoughtful girl who looks to her humans for reassurance, making the bond you build with her incredibly special. Sugar is still a baby, so she's continuing to work on potty training, crate training, and all the important puppy life skills. She's looking for a family that will continue helping her learn, explore, and grow into the amazing adult dog she's destined to become. She hasn't been introduced to cats or children just yet, but we'd be happy to test her with either to help find her perfect match. Sugar has the kind of personality that makes you wonder how you ever lived without her. She's loyal, affectionate, playful, and incredibly loving—the type of dog who will greet you with a wagging tail after every long day and happily curl up beside you at night. If you're searching for a best friend who will love you with her whole heart, make every day a little brighter, and always remind you that home is wherever you're together, Sugar is ready to fill that role. Because life really is a little sweeter with Sugar in it.

Ideal Home

Sugar would love a home with another playful dog to keep her company, but she would also be happy to be your one-and-only.

Ongoing Health

Sugar is up to date on all vetting, which includes her DAPP vaccine with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also had a heartworm test.

Training & Support

Sugar is still learning basic puppy life skills, including potty training and crate training. She will benefit from a family that can continue her training and provide her with a safe space to grow and learn.
