Halo

Halo is a charming and affectionate Pit Bull Terrier mix who arrived at our shelter as a stray with a puppy friend. She absolutely adores attention and pets from her people, and her calm, easy-going demeanor makes her a delightful companion. Halo is a smart cookie who already knows commands like "sit" and "come," and she's incredibly gentle when taking treats. She would make a fantastic walking or hiking buddy and loves to play and run with her dog friends, so she would likely enjoy having a canine sibling.

Ideal Home

Halo would thrive in a home where she can get plenty of attention and be an active part of the family. She's playful and friendly with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion. While she's fearful of cats and would need a very slow introduction to any feline friends, her tolerance for children is unknown.

Ongoing Health

Halo is heartworm negative. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, vaccinations, deworming, and microchip.

Training & Support

Halo knows some basic commands and is gentle with treats. We are still learning about her, but she has a great personality and we're excited for her to find a home where she can continue to grow and learn.
