Blue is a handsome 9-year-old, 63-pound gentleman with a big heart and an even bigger personality. This sweet boy has been through a lot and is hoping to finally find the forever home he deserves. He's lived with other dogs and children of all ages, and he's housebroken, crate trained, and leash trained. Blue knows several commands like "Sit," "Lay Down," and "Get into your Crate." He's a smart dog who enjoys structure and knowing what's expected of him. Don't let his age fool you; Blue still has plenty of energy for walks, adventures, and spending time with his people. He also rides well in the car, making him a great companion for road trips and outings. Blue is a lovable and loyal dog who forms strong bonds with his family and enjoys being close to those he trusts. He loves to chew on toys and will happily destroy them, but he doesn't eat the pieces, just enjoys the challenge!

Ongoing Health
All animals adopted from us will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment. Blue has no current health concerns mentioned.
Training & Support
Blue is housebroken, crate trained, and leash trained, and he knows several commands. He enjoys chewing on toys and will happily destroy them. Nail trims are not his favorite activity, though he is generally cooperative for baths.

- We do highly recommend and may require you to bring any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion.
