Holliday is an approximately 2-year-old Border Collie mix with a heart full of love and a tail that wags with joyful tippy-taps! He's a delightful blend of goofy charm and affectionate companionship, dreaming of a cozy couch and a human to call his own. Holliday lights up with attention and enjoys leaning in for nose kisses. He's still learning the ropes of home life, like how to navigate furniture, but he's a smart and responsive boy eager to please.
Ideal Home
Holliday would thrive in a home with a yard where he can safely explore and build his leash-walking skills. He would do best with older children who can handle his enthusiastic greetings and would be a wonderful fit for a home with medium-energy, similarly sized dogs who can help him learn to play.
Ongoing Health
Holliday is up to date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. He has also received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has tested negative for heartworm.
Training & Support
Holliday is enthusiastic on leash and can pull a bit, especially when he sees other dogs. He is making great progress with continued leash training and is very responsive to direction. He can be a little jumpy when excited but is working on this. He is food motivated and takes treats gently.
