Penny-

Penny is a sweet 8-year-old, 40lb Jack Russell mix with a touch of hound in her soulful eyes. She's a bit shy at first, but with patience and a gentle hand, her true, loving personality shines through. She absolutely adores treats and has shown great progress with volunteers who take the time to build her confidence. Penny also enjoys the company of other dogs, especially males her size or a bit larger. She has a special bond with her best friend, Spuds, and they would be overjoyed to find a home together!

Penny is spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations and treatments.

Training & Support

Penny is a bit skittish and will need ongoing positive reinforcement and patience to help her feel secure. She responds well to treats, which can be a great motivator for training!

• When contacting us, please let us know your preferred appointment day and time, and which dogs you are interested in.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request and email you the closest appointment available.
• Please allow us up to a week to get back to you.
• Most appointments are scheduled for Friday-Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm.
• Please bring any other dogs in your household and the entire family to your meet and greet.
