Meet Sophie, a 10-year-young, 53-pound bundle of pure sweetness looking for her dream retirement home. This gentle Boxer lady recently had a full veterinary exam with zero concerns. Though she's a senior, Sophie still has so much love to give and is ready to be someone's cherished companion. She absolutely adores people, is wonderful with kids, and loves attention, happily soaking up all the pets and cuddles you can offer. Car rides are one of her favorite activities, making her the perfect co-pilot for errands, road trips, or ice cream runs!

Ideal Home

Sophie wants to be your one and only pet. She has made it very clear that she no longer enjoys sharing her space with other animals, so she is looking for a home without dogs or cats.

Ongoing Health

Sophie had a full veterinary exam with zero concerns. She is heartworm tested, receives a DHLPP vaccination, flea and tick treatment, and is dewormed.

Training & Support

Sophie is a well-behaved lady who enjoys gentle company. She would love a soft couch, a warm bed, and a family who will treasure her.

• You will receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done.

Transporation

Sophie is located at our shelter. We are able to provide transport for approved adopters within a 100-mile radius of Muskegon, MI.
