She is highly intelligent and has mastered potty-bell training, though she sometimes uses it as a way to ask for playtime! Bernice is expected to be a perfect medium size, weighing in at 25-30 pounds. She is wonderfully social and gets along beautifully with other dogs, kids, and people of all ages. Bernice is very food-motivated and shows off an adorable happy-bounce when she knows a treat is on the way. She enjoys long walks and greets everyone she meets with affection and respect. Bernice is a dream in the house; she sleeps quietly in her crate all night without accidents, doesn't chew on prohibited items, and is well-behaved enough to be left free-roaming when her foster family is away.
