Champ

Champ is a six-month-old Border Collie mix who has blossomed from a timid puppy into a playful, affectionate, and friendly companion. He currently weighs 32 pounds and enjoys playing with other dogs in his foster home. With his beautiful blue eyes and sweet personality, Champ is ready to win your heart.

Ideal Home

Champ gets along well with cats and dogs and would enjoy a canine playmate to help with his puppy energy. He needs guidance with puppy behaviors such as chewing, jumping up, and play biting. He is still learning to feel comfortable wearing a collar and walking on a leash.

Ongoing Health

Champ has started his vaccines and microchipping and is receiving monthly heartworm prevention. His veterinary care is expected to be completed after his neuter by the end of the month.

Training & Support

Champ is crate trained and has learned to use a doggy door. He is a smart puppy who is continuing to build confidence with leash training and other puppy skills.
