Meet Bingo! Proof That Age Is Just a Number (and Fluff Is a Lifestyle)
Bingo is a charming 9-year-old red Pomeranian who still has a spring in his step! His former family envisioned a quiet retirement together, but Bingo had other ideas. He's still active, social, and eager for new adventures. While he was well-loved and cared for, his former people found it difficult to keep up with his boundless enthusiasm for life.
Bingo is currently on a health journey, having already slimmed down and working towards a goal weight. His magnificent fluffy coat adds volume but not pounds, and with regular brushing, he stays looking fabulous – a fact he's well aware of! He enjoys being outdoors in most weather, though he'd prefer to avoid excessively hot summer days. He walks nicely on a leash, but his absolute dream is a fenced yard for frequent explorations. Bingo is also an excellent car passenger and would love to join you on outings.
Ideal Home
Bingo would thrive in a home where someone is present most of the time. He is not accustomed to small children and would not enjoy their sudden movements or high activity levels. He also prefers to be the only dog. Bingo needs an indoor home only.
Ongoing Health
Bingo is currently taking a daily medication called Clomipramine to help with anxiety when left alone. This medication is not sedating and costs approximately $0.58 per day. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and on prevention.
Training & Support
Bingo is housetrained and is content napping in an open crate, but he dislikes being confined. He likes to sleep at the foot of his human's bed or in a dog bed in the same room.
