Beyonce

Beyonce is a 3-year-old female mixed breed with a heart full of love to give! She's a delightful "Heinz 57" mix, with Husky, Lab, and Catahoula in her lineage, and her puppy daddy is a mystery. Weighing in at 37 pounds, she's fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and ready to find her forever family. Beyonce was rescued from a hoarding situation and is still learning to trust, especially men, but once she bonds with you, she's incredibly loyal and affectionate. She loves to snuggle up for attention and can be quite mellow, often surprising her fosters with her quiet presence. She came to us for a weekend foster but quickly stole our hearts with her loving personality.

Ideal Home

Beyonce would thrive in a home with at least one other friendly dog who can continue to show her the ropes, as she feels most comfortable and confident around canine companions. A fenced yard would be ideal for her to enjoy zoomies and playtime. Due to her wariness of men, a female-led household would be the most successful environment for her. A quieter, more predictable household would also help her feel safe and confident as she warms up to new people.

Training & Support

Beyonce is fully potty trained and does well when left to free-roam. She is not a big fan of crates. While she is learning to trust men and is wary of them, she does well with women and warms up to female strangers. She is more confident on leash when another dog is with her.
