GORGONZOLA*

Meet Gorgonzola, a handsome cattle dog mix with a heart as unique as his namesake cheese! He's a bit shy, but his volunteer friends have seen him blossom beautifully in the shelter. Gorgonzola has made amazing progress, walking calmly and enjoying playtime in the yard. He's learning to trust and is becoming more comfortable approaching people, gently taking treats when offered. Gorgonzola longs for a loving home where he can decompress and truly shine. He shares his kennel with another pup and has been independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup.

Ideal Home

Gorgonzola would likely thrive with a confident canine companion who can show him the ropes in a home. He'd like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit.

Gorgonzola is in good health and has no known medical conditions.

Training & Support

Gorgonzola is a shy guy who is still learning to trust. He'll need a patient and understanding family who can help him gain confidence. Gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement will go a long way in helping him adjust.
