Pop

Hi, I'm Pop! I'm a happy-go-lucky pup with super soft fur, distinct white markings on my nose, and a heart full of love to give. My coat is thicker and fuller than most pitties, hinting at a possible Border Collie mix. I journeyed here from New Mexico with my siblings and love to snuggle, especially near a warm oven or close to my foster mom at night. I'm also a big fan of the snow!

Ideal Home

I thrive in an active home with older, dog-savvy children who understand I can be a little shy and barky at first when meeting new people, especially kids. I warm up quickly and love to give kisses once I feel comfortable! I'd love to share my home with another dog, as I really enjoy playing with my canine friends, and sleeping in bed with my people is a must!

I'm a healthy pup with no current health concerns to report.

Training & Support

I'm potty-trained and will let you know when I need to go out by waiting by the door. I'm also kennel-trained but would prefer not to be confined, as I can be a bit vocal and find ways to escape. I don't destroy things when left alone, I just dislike being in the kennel. I know "sit," "stay," "wait," and "come," and I'm working on "down" and "off." I'm very food-motivated, especially by peanut butter and yogurt! I'm learning to take treats gently, and my foster mom is helping me with this.
