Bruno: Adopt or Forever Foster

Bruno is a gorgeous Shar-Pei who weighs around 45 lbs and is described as an "awesome dog." He has a friendly personality, is great on a leash and loves walks, and knows basic commands. Bruno is good with older children but can be a bit nervous around younger kids. He would do best as the only pet in the home, as he is selective with other dogs and not a good fit for feline friends. Bruno has been with us for three years and is edging into senior territory for his size. He's available for adoption with a partially sponsored fee of $100, or through our Forever Foster program, where he can join your family at no cost, and we'll cover all his vetting, transportation to appointments, and boarding for life.

Ideal Home

Bruno prefers a home with older children and would do best as the only pet.

Ongoing Health

Bruno is generally healthy, and his adoption fee includes all vetting to age, including spay/neuter and microchip.

Training & Support

Bruno is house-trained in his foster home, but an adjustment period should be expected in a new environment. We highly recommend a 2-week shutdown and decompression period for dogs going to a new home for the best results. We also offer a $60 rebate for completing positive-based training classes and lifetime support from our rescue.
