Hi there, I'm Tunnel! I'm a handsome, 2.5-year-old, 55-lb Retriever/Border Collie/Lab mix with a nose for adventure and a heart that melts once I trust you. My cute pink snoot and pirate-like eye patch make me quite the character, though I can be a bit of a sensitive soul and easily startled. I'm a cautious guy who blossoms with patience, consistency, and a calm environment. Once I decide you're my person, I'll be your loyal shadow, ready to follow you and be your devoted companion. I adore other dogs, love being outdoors, and I'm happy to snooze near you like a big, spotted weighted blanket. Give me time and kindness, and I'll give you my whole goofy heart!

Ideal Home

A yard is a must for my zoomies and security patrols! I'm a bit cautious and protective, so a calm home where I can feel safe is ideal. I'm not a fan of cats, as I find them to be suspicious little ninjas.

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I can be shy and easily startled at first. With patience and consistency, I warm up and become very affectionate. I'm a little cautious but try very hard.
