Lola

Lola is a 6-year-old, 50-pound bundle of joy who absolutely loves to spend time playing in our yard! She's a smart cookie too, knowing how to sit and shake for a tasty treat. Lola previously lived in a home with other dogs and is eager to find her new forever family.

Ideal Home

Lola would do best in a home where caution is exercised around her while she's eating, especially if there are small children present, as she can sometimes be grabby with her food. She will need to meet any resident dogs in a potential new home to ensure they become fast friends. Lola also qualifies for our Adult Companion program, making her a wonderful match for adopters aged 50 and older.

Ongoing Health

Lola manages chronic skin allergies. These are currently kept under control with a special prescription food and daily medication.

Training & Support

Lola knows some basic commands like "sit" and "shake." We are working on her food-related behaviors to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.
