Here’s what one volunteer fan said: “Tigra is super sweet and has come so far since she first got to the shelter! She’s still a little headshy but overall easy to leash in her kennel. Once you have her out she is really affectionate and sweet. She LOVES treats, gives lots of kisses, and is curious and sweet girl.
