Meet Oakley! This handsome 68lb Terrier/Pitbull mix, born around December 16, 2021, is a true testament to resilience and sweetness. Oakley is the ultimate shadow, always wanting to be right by your side. He's an independent and smart boy who already knows "sit" and "get on your bed." Walks are his absolute favorite, and he's a pro at leash manners, though he does understand the command "slow down." Oakley is a bit of a lone ranger when it comes to other animals; he tolerates dogs but would likely prefer a home where he's the only canine companion. He does have a keen interest in chasing cats and squirrels. Despite a tough start in life, having been found as a stray, emaciated, and with an injured ear, Oakley is incredibly sweet and deserves a loving home. He's fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and potty-trained, ready to shower his forever family with affection and happy tail wags.
Ideal Home
Oakley would thrive in a home where he can be your constant companion. He would likely prefer to be the only dog in the household, and a yard where he can safely observe (but not chase!) squirrels would be a bonus.

Oakley was found as a stray and had an injured ear, but he has since been fully vetted, vaccinated, and neutered.

Oakley is located in Houston, TX. Transport is available out of state to Eastern states weekly and to Western states bi-weekly or monthly.
