RYAN

Ryan is a happy, playful, and inquisitive young pit bull mix. He's a champ on adventures, walking miles like a pro and showing off his affectionate personality. He loves treats and toys, and he's an excellent car passenger, always ready for the next outing!

Ideal Home

A home that can keep up with his adventurous spirit and provide him with plenty of enrichment through toys and treats.

Ongoing Health

Ryan has a history of bladder stones and underwent surgery to remove one. He will likely need a lifelong prescription urinary diet to help prevent recurrence. He also had a maxillary canine tooth extracted. Ryan experiences "Happy Tail Syndrome," where he repeatedly injures the tip of his tail from wagging it against surfaces. This may require ongoing medical management or, in some cases, surgical amputation if the issue persists.

Training & Support

Ryan is a smart boy who readily sits for treats. His "Happy Tail Syndrome" may require management in a new home to prevent further injury.
