Pecan - The Perfect Puppy

Pecan is a sweet, shy puppy with a heartbreaking story of survival that has a happy ending! He and his siblings were abandoned in Puerto Rico and left to fend for themselves for nearly a month. Thankfully, a compassionate stranger intervened and alerted a rescue organization just in time, saving them from euthanasia. Now, Pecan is safe, fully vetted, and thriving in his foster home in the States. While he may be a little reserved when first meeting new people, his true sweet nature quickly emerges. Once he feels secure, he is incredibly affectionate, melting into cuddles and soaking up all the pets and belly rubs he can get. He absolutely adores other dogs and is especially wonderful with children. Pecan is a gentle, loving soul who longs to be a cherished part of a family. After enduring so much, he's ready for a forever home that will provide him with all the love, security, and stability he deserves.
