Willow

Willow is a sweet 8-year-old bully breed blend who is looking for her special someone. She's a bit shy when she first meets new people, but with a little time, her friendly, happy, and playful personality shines through! Willow knows basic commands and is already leash-trained, making her a joy to walk. She does best with dogs her own size, and while she's not a fan of belly rubs, she's a wonderful companion once she feels comfortable. Willow would absolutely love to get out of the shelter and into a loving home where she can truly blossom.

Ideal Home

Willow would thrive in a home that understands her need to warm up slowly. Because of her shyness and sensitivity about her belly, a home without young children is recommended. She gets along well with dogs her own size, so if you have a canine companion, please bring them along for a meet-and-greet!

Ongoing Health

Willow has some medical issues that require a dedicated and loving owner. She is vaccinated, altered, and micro-chipped, as is standard for all our rescue dogs.

Training & Support

Willow is already leash-trained and knows basic commands, which is a fantastic start! She does not like her belly being touched, so this is something to be mindful of as you build your bond. Patience and understanding will be key to helping her feel secure and loved.
