Meet the breeder
Meet Bright Acres Labradors. We are Matt and Terry Bright from Lynchburg, Virginia, and we breed AKC Labrador Retrievers. We had our second litter with the same dam and sire on Saturday, May 9, 2026. The dam "Becca" is an AKC black lab and our family pet. She is well-trained, beautiful, and graceful and the best dog we have ever owned. The sire "Ty" is an AKC yellow lab and a "Best in Show" winner. He is also a UKC Sapphire Grand Champion, the second-highest ranking available, and comes from a line of champions. We are raising this second litter of four black and six yellow labs (three males and seven females) in our home with love and care. As with the first litter, we are working closely with our mentor and vet to create socialized puppies with great personalities for family companions. We will vaccinate them at six weeks and deworm them at two weeks and every two weeks thereafter. They will be available for adoption at 8 weeks. People who have purchased our puppies in the past rave about how sweet and smart they are and how everyone wants one just like theirs. Please contact us about availability and visiting the puppies to select the puppy for you. We believe if you meet our puppies, you will fall in love and want to take one of our sweet, well-trained, and well-behaved puppies to complete your family. We require a $500 deposit to secure your placement in choosing a puppy, and the balance of $1500 is due upon adoption. NOTE: We begin crate and potty training while the puppies are still with us. Our previous pet owners commented on how easily the puppies responded to crate and potty training at their homes. As with our last litter, we intend to have our dog trainer teach the puppies “name recognition,” sit,” “come,” and several other commands. If you purchase one of our puppies, you are invited to join the group puppy training for $25 per hour per session.
