Jill

Jill is a sweet, silly, and very beautiful puppy who came to us on an emergency transport from Oklahoma after her shelter faced brutal cold and staffing shortages. She handled the big adventure like a champ and is now ready to find a warm couch (and heart) to call her own. She’s currently about 24 pounds and is expected to grow into a medium-sized adult dog. Her breed or breeds are a mystery at this point but she has physical characteristics of Lab, Boxer, Terrier, and Black Mouth Cur.

Ideal Home

Jill is great with other dogs and wonderful with children. She is not a big fan of the kennel. We'll update information about her interactions with cats as we get to know her better.

Training & Support

Jill knows "sit" and is very attentive to her human, which will make her a fun dog to train! She is quickly learning household routines with older dogs in the foster home to show her the ropes. Potty training is in progress, and she’s already showing good signs, including understanding that newspapers are for indoor pottying.
